With 25 years of success in the real estate industry, I have personally owned and managed 35 commercial and residential properties, and bring that expertise to the table when helping you meet your objectives.
I started my real estate career in Connecticut, purchasing my first investment property at the age of 23. Through the years I continued to invest in real estate, but I realized that quality is a better investment than quantity.
It became evident that properties along the coast, with mild temperatures are the most desireable, I investigated property all along the eastern seaboard including Myrtle Beach, the Outer Banks, Kiawah, Palm Coast, Ferandino Beach and that is how I found Hilton Head Island.
I discovered that Hilton Head was the best by far, with its world class beaches, restaurants, golf, tennis, boating, shopping and its unique island atmosphere. That was 1986.
My wife Caroline and I have loved Hilton Head Island ever since.
